    WHY? Part of providing exceptional service is proving an experienced, well character individual that is pleased with the location they are working in and convenient to where they reside. Look for honest people with a consistent experienced background. We want to give clients a low turn over and consistent service. Invest heavily in training people and build a strong family relationship. Care for your people and they will care back!

    WHAT? Questions are the beginning of a work relationship. Try to find the individuals strong and weak suits. Find out their available times for work, their long term goals. Have a Questionnaire ready to ask and to deeply understand and take note of their responses. Ask about cleaning scenarios, chemicals, procedures, times, past conflicts, goals..etc

    Example: How long would it take for you to vacuum this office and take out the trash?

    Example: How long have you been doing Janitorial?

    Example: What is your transportation method? Are you able to transport to the city of the contract?

    WHEN? After the interview consists with the questionnaire done by the Recruiter, align their available schedule to the contract times, Complete a background and reference check, from there invite them for Orientation and Paperwork which is the Final stage of the Hiring Process before training done on post!
